The day to day activities are pretty similar to most American fire departments. The on duty crew begin their shift by passing on any information, preparing their equipment for the day, and checking over all vehicles and equipment. The on duty crew complete chores, side projects such as general station maintenance, in service training, and respond to any calls for service. The on duty crew finishes off the day with a dinner and down time.
