Volunteer

The Wind Lake Vol Fire Co. is recruiting members to provide EMS and Fire suppression to our community and those surrounding us. The rewards of becoming a member of our department are endless and unmatched to anything else you may volunteer for in your lifetime. All of a member's training and equipment is provided at the department's expense.

Not all of our members put out fires or save lives. Many are in supportive roles. The fire department is just like any other business, there are reports to fill out, data entry, vehicles and buildings to maintain, grass to cut, etc. We utilize community members to fill these non-emergency positions.
