The Wind Lake Volunteer Fire Company, Inc. exists to provide the invaluable service of fire protection, emergency medical care, and education. This is achieved, in a financially responsible way, by utilizing a family of professional members who foster pride, teamwork, and dedication to excellence.
The Wind Lake Volunteer Fire Company is lead into action by Chief Rob Robins. Our 30 plus members provide advanced life support rescue service and fire protection to the Town of Norway residents each and every day. Our members show great commitment and dedication to the Town of Norway and also to surrounding communities as needed.
Being a part of this fire department gives people a chance to work on projects and committees, as well as emergency responding. Being a part of the Wind Lake Vol Fire Co. gives members the chance to be a part of another family, and the comradely and fun can't be found anywhere else!
